They want to punish two 16-year-old students of the Aqyarovsky (Sevastopol) Art College for offensive jokes about the Second World War and support of Nazism during the All-Russian test work.
The college management informed the girls and contacted Russian law enforcement agencies, after which the teenagers were forced to apologize and write letters of repentance.
