Two men are being held in Akmescit (Simferopol) pre-trial detention center 2, who are accused of terrorism. This was reported by the Crimean Human Rights Group.
For more than a year, 47-year-old Vitalii Rastorhuiev and V. Kryvtsov have been kept in prison. According to the investigation, the men were allegedly preparing an assassination attempt on the occupation mayor of Berdiansk Oleksandr Saulenko.
Both are accused of violating art. 30 p. 3 and art. 361 p. 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (preparation for an act of international terrorism).
