The police of the temporarily occupied Kerch arrested 20-year-old guys for pro-Ukrainian graffiti. This is reported by the pro-Russian blogger and snitch Aleksandr Talipov.
He states that Yehor Savchenko and Mykhaiol Zhydkov are the detainees, but only the former was officially charged.
“After 15 days of arrest as part of a criminal investigation, law enforcement agencies asked him to be placed in a pre-trial detention center, the Kerch prosecutor requested house arrest, the court complied with the prosecutor’s request and sent the vandals under house arrest”,- wrote the informer.
The article under which the case was opened was not disclosed. They face up to three years in prison.
Probably, the charge was brought under allegedly Art. 214 of the Criminal Code (vandalism motivated by political hatred).
