According to the Crimean Solidarity, two administrative reports were drawn up against lawyer Rustem Kiamilev for publications on his Facebook page dated June 9, 2020 and October 21, 2017.
The first protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the
Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for reposting from the Crimean Solidarity page.
The second protocol – under part 1 of Article 20.3.3 for “disagreement with the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation”.
After drawing up the protocols, Rustem Kiamilev was not released and is currently being held in the building of the Center for Counterin Extremism.
Let us recall that on November 7, the Russian occupiers in Crimea came to the house of lawyers Rustem Kiamilev and Lilia Gemedzhi to conduct an inspection.
