Tsariov is suspected of financing the Russian Guard

The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine announced suspicions against collaborator Oleh Tsariov of financing units of the Russian National Guard in Crimea. The Office of the Prosecutor General reports this.

The investigation found that Tsariov had real estate and a number of enterprises in Crimea, which, after the occupation of the peninsula, he registered under Russian law and hired members of the Russian Guard to provide security.

The collaborator is accused of financing actions committed with the aim of changing the boundaries of the territory and state border of Ukraine in violation of the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine (Part 3 of Article 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). He faces up to 8 years in prison with confiscation of property.
