As part of the Mogilization information campaign, the Crimean Tatar Resource Center warns everyone who distributes summonses, draws up lists, is on the draft boards, conducts medical reports and other actions related to illegal mobilization in Crimea.
Back in January 2023, the Crimean Tatar Resource Center issued a warning to eight individuals involved in illegal mobilization in Alushta. Among these people was the military commissar of the Simferopol region and the city of Alushta of the Republic of Crimea, deputy chairman of the draft commission Konstantin Kacharov. Now the collaborator faces 11 years in prison.
In addition, 10 Russian military commissars from different regions of the occupied Crimea have now been informed of suspicions of committing similar war crimes.
The CTRC continues to work on identifying individuals involved in illegal conscription into the Russian army and helping to bring them to justice.
