The whereabouts of Eskender Apselyamov, who disappeared in Crimea, remain unknown for ten years

Ten years ago, on October 3, 2014, a representative of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people, Eskender Apseliamov, went missing in the occupied Crimea. His whereabouts still remain unknown.

Let us recall that in the evening of October 3, 2014, the guy went to work from his rented apartment on Trubachenko Street in Simferopol. None of the employees saw him that day.

There is no information about the missing Eskender Apseliamov on the website of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Crimea.

It should be reminded that according to the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, 24 victims of enforced disappearances have been recorded during the occupation of Crimea, 18 of whom are representatives of the Crimean Tatar people.
