On February 14, 2024, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, together with all components of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine, destroyed the large landing ship Caesar Kunikov, which was part of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
It is noted that at the time of the sinking the ship was in the territorial waters of Ukraine near Alupka (TOT of Crimea)
We remind you that the landing ship Caesar Kunikov was one of the newest Russian ships. It had a displacement of 4,080 tons and could accommodate 87 crew members on board.
