A Ukrainian court will hear the case against the former head of the SSU department in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Oleh Kulinich, behind closed doors.
According to Graty, the decision was made at the request of prosecutor Denys Kovinko, who argued that an open consideration of the case could lead to the disclosure of secrets that are protected by law. At the same time, Kulinich and his lawyers denied closing the trial.
