A secret witness in the case of the first Dzhankoi group of Hizb ut-Tahrir under the pseudonym Mustafaiev was unable to answer the lawyers’ questions during interrogation. Crimean Solidarity reports this.
He emphasized that the witness is highly likely to be an intelligence agent and that there was no reason to classify him.
“This is done only so that the public and the court do not see that a person with the same legend wanders from one criminal case to another. People are being persecuted for their active journalistic activities, activist activities, political and religious views”,- noted lawyer Kurbedinov.
