The Russian Federation sentenced Ukrainian serviceman Pavel Zaporozhets to 12 years in prison.
According to the propaganda publication TASS, the investigation accused him of allegedly attempting to commit a terrorist attack in Kherson on May 9, 2022, when the city was under occupation.
It is known that the prosecutor demanded 13 years in prison. And Pavlo Zaporozhets himself admitted guilt and demanded to be recognized as a prisoner of war.
“The court decided to find Zaporozhets guilty and sentence him to imprisonment for a term of 12 years”,- the judge said.
