The property of another 77 legal entities and individuals was nationalized in occupied Crimea due to the fact that they allegedly carry out subversive activities against Russia. This was stated by the head of the Russian parliament of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, in his Telegram channel.
It is known that the property of resort complexes is subject to nationalization, including the London Hotel and the 1001 Nights Hotel, the MARAT park hotel in the village of Gaspra, the property of Ukrainian businessman Viktor Pinchuk and ex-MP of Crimea Andrii Senchenko, and so on.
“The list also includes the property of various agricultural enterprises, banks, sports and rehabilitation centers, a tennis club in Yalta, the Illich Mariupol Iron and Steel Works, etc.”,- Konstantinov added.
In particular, the property of the LLC YUVAS-TRANS company was also nationalized, covering about 120 objects of movable and immovable property in Kerch, as well as the company KARAKASH AGRO LLC with 84 objects in the Rozdolnenske, Saky and Pervomaiske districts.
We remind you that since September 19, 2023, it became known that the Russians are selling at auction the nationalized property of Ukrainians in Crimea. Among the nationalized residential premises was the apartment of the Zelenskyy spouses.
On October 31, 2023, the Zelenskys’ apartment was purchased by Olha Lypovetska, the wife of Russian lawyer Ivan Tuchkov. Russian media report this.
