The Russian investigatory committee opened a criminal case against a 35-year-old resident of Yalta, who was detained for the third time in a year for allegedly publicly discrediting the Russian Armed Forces.
“The Investigation Department for the city of Yalta found that in 2022, by a city court decision, a man was twice brought to administrative responsibility in connection with public statements directed against the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Despite this, a few days ago, a resident of Yalta, once again in a state of intoxication, at the Sadova public transport stop shouted slogans discrediting the activities of the Russian army”,- the press service of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Crimea said.
It is noted that the man was detained by employees of the regional department of the FSB and handed over to the investigating authorities.
