The Kerch city court fined a 48-year-old resident of Kerch 30,000 for discrediting the Russian army on the Odnoklassniki social network. This was reported by the press service of the court.
“In the period from March to August 2022, on the Odnoklassniki social network, he posted information materials on his page that are available for viewing to all visitors to the page, which distort the goals and objectives of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation conducting a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine and discredit their use in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintain international peace and security”.
Kerchanin brought to administrative responsibility for committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
