“For the purpose of organizing and implementing the primary military registration of citizens on the territory of the Kalanchak Municipal District, in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Constitutional Law of October 14, 2022 No. 8 “On the admission of the Kherson region to the Russian Federation and the formation of a new subject within the Russian Federation Kherson region”, Article 8 of the Federal Law of May 31, 1996 No. 61-FZ “On Defense”, Article 9 of the Federal Law of February 26, 1997 No. 31-FZ “On mobilization preparation and mobilization in the Russian Federation”, Article 8 Federal Law of March 28, 03, 1998 No. 53-FZ “On Military Duty and Military Service”, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 27, 2006 No. 719 “On Approval of the Regulations on Military Registration”, Order of the V.I.O . No. 86-r “On the creation of military registration tables in the Kherson region,” all male citizens from 17 to 50 years old, as well as women liable for military service, must appear at the village council with documents to register for temporary military registration,” the message notes.
