The Supreme ‘court’ of the Republic of Crimea has passed a verdict in the criminal case against Kerch resident Vladislav Kislyakov. He was found guilty of high treason. This is reported by the ‘Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea’.

During the ‘trial’ it was established that in September 2023 Kislyakov allegedly collected and transferred via messenger to a representative of the Main Directorate of intelligence of the Ministry of defence of Ukraine information about the location of air defence facilities of the Armed forces of the Russian Federation in Kerch.

‘This data was accurate and could have been used by the Ukrainian side to launch a strike against the positions of Russian troops, which posed a threat to the security of the Russian Federation,’ the Russians argued.
The court supported the prosecution’s position and sentenced Kislyakov to 13 years’ imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony with restriction of freedom for one year and six months.
