As a reminder, Abdurakhmanov was abducted on 18 April at around 12 o’clock. Armed men wearing ‘DPR’ stripes and Russian flags broke into his house in the village of Azovske. He was taken to the training school No. 17 in Henichesk, where other detainees were held. Inside, they were all interrogated with the use of torture. On 2 September, the Kyiv District ‘court’ of occupied Simferopol illegally sentenced Ruslan Abdurakhmanov to five years in a strict regime colony. Currently, the political prisoner is being held in the Penitentiary Correctional Facility No. 7 of the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service in the Tambov region.
