The work of the III Strategic Forum “The Future of Crimea”, which is held by the Crimean Tatar Resource Center with the support of the “Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom” in Ukraine, has come to an end.
“The role of the Crimea Platform will not be completed at the stage of deoccupation, but will be necessary for many years to implement effective reintegration of the temporarily occupied Crimea, so today it is necessary to work on the institutionalization of the Crimea Platform”, – says the Chairman of the Board of the CTRC, a member of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Eskender Bariiev.
During these days, the experts actively discussed such internal policies as the Regulations of the CPEN, the Policy on Search and Engagement of Experts, the Policy on Formation and Planning of the Expert Work Cost, the Policy on Evaluation of Expert Work Performance, the Policy on Review of Expert Work Materials, the Policy on Non-Discrimination and Equality.
As it turned out, this is a complex and science-based process, which led to active discussions. In the process of discussion, the participants formed a stable position that in order to attract more authoritative scholars and researchers and to form high-quality analytical material on the issues of deoccupation and reintegration of Crimea, it is necessary to clearly formulate understandable and transparent rules, which are the above-mentioned policies.
As a result, all these drafts will be submitted to the Crimea Platform Expert Network for discussion, adoption and further application.
We would like to remind you that the forum was attended by 20 experts, including representatives of the academic environment of Ukraine, experts of the Expert Network of the Crimea Platform, public figures, journalists, doctors and candidates of law, geography, economics, politics, sociology, history and pedagogy.
