The prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Akyar (Sevastopol) reported suspicion to the general director of the occupation media holding “TV and Radio Company Crimea”.
It is noted that the suspect takes an active part in political and information events to support Russia’s armed aggression, carrying out propaganda activities.
The suspect’s actions are defined as:
actions aimed at violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or the seizure of state power (Part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);
encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine (Part 1 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);
collaboration activities (part 6 of article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);
justification, recognition as lawful, denial of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, approval of its participants (Part 3 of Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
He faces up to 12 years in prison. The pre-trial investigation is carried out by the State Security Service of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
