The CTRC team continues to upgrade its skills

July 19, 2024

The Crimean Tatar Resource Centre has been continuing its activities for more than nine years. During this time we have organised hundreds of actions, dozens of effectively conducted advocacy and information campaigns, exhibitions, side events, trainings, press conferences, seminars, camps, academies etc.

Such work requires a highly skilled CTRC team. Effective training of others requires systematic work on ourselves, familiarisation with the best practices in the world, exchange of experience to improve our own skills and abilities. That is why we do not stand still.

On the 19th of July Zarema Bariieva, the manager of CTRC, and Tetiana Savchuk, the communications manager of CTRC, took part in the training of Elena Dub ‘Communication in the era of likes. How to connect with the audience through social networks’ organised by ISAR Ednannia.

During this event we discussed the following questions:

How to effectively use social media to increase your organisation’s visibility?
What strategies and tools will help you attract and retain audiences?
How to create content that will interest and motivate your target audience?
What mistakes can be made in social media campaigns of public organisations and how to avoid them?

We are grateful to our partners and event organisers for the opportunity to gain new knowledge and make useful contacts.

More to come!
