The CTRC and the National Institute for Strategic Studies agreed to cooperate

On Thursday, February 13, representatives of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center (CTRC) and the National Institute for Strategic Studies (NISS) held a working meeting in Kyiv, during which the parties agreed to cooperate.

The meeting was attended by:

Oleksandr Bohomolov – Director of the NISS, Doctor of Philology, Senior Research Fellow;

Vyacheslav Potapenko – Deputy Director, Head of the Center, Doctor of Economics, Candidate of Geography, Senior Researcher;

Eskender Bariiev – Chairman of the Board of the CTRC, member of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people;

Liudmyla Korotkikh – lawyer of the CTRC;

Tatiana Savchuk – Communications Manager of the CTRC.

During the meeting, Eskender Bariiev emphasized the importance of joining efforts to develop systematic and constructive cooperation in the fields of science and education.

Main areas of cooperation:

Joint researches in the fields of science, education, etc;
Organization and participation in joint events (conferences, seminars, round tables);
Mutual advisory and methodological support in the field of scientific activities;
Exchange of experience and consultations on topical issues;
Publication of analytical and methodological materials based on the results of joint research.
In addition, representatives of the CTRC handed over to the NISS analytical materials on the situation in Crimea, developed by the organization.

This cooperation will contribute to the development of expert analysis and the development of strategic decisions on Crimea and the rights of indigenous peoples of Ukraine.
