We would like to remind that Aziz Faizullaev was detained in June 2022 during a search in his apartment. At the same time, a video with his “sincere confession” appeared on Z-channels. The detainee’s sister noted that there was no doubt that he was pressurized.
The verdict was handed down at the end of October 2022. Faizullaev was found guilty of willful destruction of other people’s property by arson (part 2 of article 167 of the Criminal Code). “The court” assigned him three years of colony of general regime and ordered him to pay 700 thousand rubles of compensation for material damage caused to the building of the administration of Pushkin rural council.
