“Judge” Natalia Zinchenko upheld the sentence of Abdureshit Dzhepparov and dismissed the appeal. This is reported by the ‘Crimean Process’.

“The session was held in a closed regime, listeners are not allowed to enter the court building due to measures to prevent terrorism,” –  the message says.

Let us remind that on April 25, in Karasuvbazar ( Bilohirsk), FSB officers conducted an illegal search of the activist Abdureshit Dzhepparov. He was accused of violating Article 19.3 (disobedience to police) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. He was sentenced to 12 days of administrative arrest.

Later, the occupiers opened two new administrative cases on “discrediting the Russian army” and “abuse of freedom of information”. Dzhepparov does not agree with the verdict.
