The Balaklava district court in Aqyar (Sevastopol) ordered a Ukrainian citizen to alienate the land plot belonging to her. This was reported by the Russian prosecutor’s office of the Balaklava district of Aqyar (Sevastopol).
“It has been established that within the Hirniak gardening partnership in the Balaklava region there is a land plot, the owner of which is a citizen of Ukraine. According to the current land legislation, foreign citizens cannot have ownership rights to land within the border territory, in particular in the city of Sevastopol”,- the prosecutor’s office reports.
The court insists that the woman did not voluntarily renounce the plot within the prescribed period, and therefore the prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit.
