Taking care about the IDPs is already on the streets of Lviv

June 12, 2023

We remind you that the Crimean Tatar Resource Center has launched the app “Taking care about the IDPs” in Telegram, which contains information for internally displaced persons, in particular, from among the indigenous peoples and national minorities of Ukraine.

Now our bot can be seen on the streets of Lviv and immediately used by pointing the camera at the QR code. Subsequently, board campaigns will  be also launched in Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi.

The chatbot provides the following information:

— How to get IDP status?

— Where to find housing?

—  How to find places of worship?

—  How to get a new job?

— How to get humanitarian aid?

— How to find stores with special needs? (halal, kosher, vegetarian)

In addition, our operator and lawyer are always in touch with you!

We continue to receive dozens of reviews, where people sincerely thank us for creating a bot that helps them find important information in the shortest possible time.

We continue to work further and are grateful to the Ukrainian state authorities, in particular the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Integration, the Ministry of Social Policy, the State Service of Ukraine for Ethnic Policy and Freedom of Conscience, for disseminating information about “TurBOTa” on their resources, as well as dozens of national, regional and local media.

With care for each IDP!
