We remind you that in April 2023, the CTRC launched the Taking care about IDPs chat bot in Telegram, which contains information for internally displaced persons, in particular, from among the indigenous peoples and national minorities of Ukraine.
This helper provides the following information:
How to get IDP status?
— Where to find housing?
— How to find places of worship?
— How to get a new job?
— How to get humanitarian aid?
– How to find shops with special needs (halal, kosher, vegetarian)
More than 9,000 people used the bot, we received dozens of requests to the operator and lawyers, but what will happen next?
About this bot, the results of its work, the prospects for expanding the geography of the application, about the problems of IDPs, in particular, from among indigenous peoples and national minorities, they will tell:
