In fact, we must take into account the degree of collaboration of each person in a particular situation. How, for example, can one compare an official or a soldier who swore allegiance to Ukraine and went over to the side of the occupier and a doctor who took the Hippocratic oath and continues to work and provide medical assistance to Ukrainians in the occupied territories?
