The Supreme ‘court’ of Crimea left without satisfaction the complaint of the lawyer Eldar Kantimirov regarding the repeated placement of the latter in the  punitive isolation centre  in prison No. 1 of Dimitrovgrad, Ulyanovsk region. This was reported by the lawyer Rustem Kyamilev to ‘Crimean Solidarity’ public association.

The Supreme Court of Crimea at the appeal stage also refused to obtain video registration and call witnesses, other Crimean political prisoners Izet Abdullayev, Raim Ayvazov and Rustem Seitkhalilov.

‘We believe that the right has been grossly violated by both courts. We will not stop there. We will go to appeal in cassation and seek the truth,’- the lawyer said.

He also added that the meeting of the ‘court’ began with an hour and a half late.

‘For a long time could not find. He is no longer in prison in the Ulyanovsk region, but in the pre-trial detention centre in Ulyanovsk,’- explained Kiamilev.

In the punitive isolation centre, the political prisoner’s health problems worsened. Eldar Kantimirov is suffering from pain in the lower back and a pinched spinal nerve.
