Stanislav Orlov, known by his call sign “Spaniard,” was killed in occupied Akyar (Sevastopol). He was the founder of the Russian brigade “Española, which is involved in the war against Ukraine. This was reported by the Russian publication ASTRA, citing CCTV footage.

According to journalists, the murder took place on December 4 at house No. 51 on the territory of the Flotsky gardening non-profit association, where Orlov had been living recently.

“According to CCTV footage obtained by ASTRA, at 12:17 p.m. local time on December 4, four cars pulled up to house No. 51 in the SNT (gardening non-profit association — ed.). Men with machine guns and masks got out of the cars. Neighbors heard several shots. Witnesses in conversation with ASTRA claim that Orlov did not shoot back,” the report says.

According to their information, the motive for the murder was suspicions of Orlov’s involvement in arms trafficking and participation in an organized criminal group.

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center notes that crimes committed on the territory of Ukraine will sooner or later have negative consequences for the Russian Federation itself, and all those involved in violence and war crimes will receive their deserved punishment, just like this “liberator.”
