Political prisoner Seyran Khairetdynov was taken to the court session, despite the high temperature and pressure. Lawyer Lilia Hemedzhi told Crimean Solidarity about this.
“He complained that he couldn’t sleep for some time. He was taken to a civilian hospital, he was examined by a dermatologist, but without taking scrapings from redness, scaly places, he diagnosed him. This diagnosis can endanger both himself and those around him”,- the lawyer said.
The political prisoner filed a motion to postpone the hearing, but the Russian court refused to grant it.
“They called a paramedic from the medical unit of the pre-trial detention center in Rostov-on-Don, who said: “What difference does it make where to sit – in a cell or before a court.” She said that nothing prevents her from participating in the court session”,- Hemedzhi said.
The defense will file a complaint against the employees of the medical unit of the pre-trial detention center 1 in Rostov-on-Don. This will oblige them to provide proper medical assistance to Seyran Khairetdynov.
We remind you that in 2022, Hulnara Khayretdynova, having left for another trip to her son’s court in Rostov-on-Don, took a small folding knife with her. She wanted to cut their food on the way.
