May 5, 2023

Server Mustafayev entered the university in absentia at the Faculty of Law, but he will not be able to start his studies, because the administration of the colony does not give him the equipment sent by his family. It is reported by the Crimean Solidarity.

“The server said that he had a session soon, to take the first course, but he still hasn’t got to the laptop”,- said the political prisoner’s lawyer Volodymyr Biliienko.

The political prisoner’s family sent the laptop to him back in September 2022, but the colony administration still hasn’t given it to him.

Mustafayev appealed against several violations by the administration of the penal colony and denied some of the penalties.

“There were 7 or 8 appeals, for two he reflected, wrote explanatory notes, canceled these appeals. For the rest, it was once Detention chamber, 2 or 3 times – written reprimands, the rest – oral reprimands”,- explained Biliienko.

In addition, the lawyer said that Mustafayev began to worry about heart problems.
