The Russian authorities of Crimea are going to receive about 1.9 billion rubles from the sale of the nationalized property of Ukrainians.
Until mid-July, the Russian authorities plan to sell the Novacenter hypermarket, apartments and non-residential premises of the Essox Beograd-Stari Grad company, and the real estate of a boarding house in Kezlev (Yevpatoriia) on Gorky Street.
“Until the end of the year, it is planned to alienate through competitive procedures: real estate of Anvil LLC in Yalta (Dream by the Sea apartments, owned by the daughter of Ukrainian businessman Kolomoisky), property of PJSC Novokramatorsk Machinery Plant in Yalta (owned by structures of Ukrainian businessman Rinat Akhmetov ), the property of Transport Logistic LLC – the Europa recreation center in Partenit (connected with Kolomoiskyy)”,- added the speaker of the Russian parliament of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov.
Ukrainian businessmen and politicians did not comment on Konstantinov’s information.
We remind you that the concept of nationalization is absent in Russian legislation.
