On March 30, the Southern District Military Court sued Crimean Denis Narolsky for refusing to fight against Ukraine. This was reported by the Crimean Human Rights Group.

“At the court session, the defendant pleaded guilty to committing a crime and motivated his actions by the fact that he did not want to participate in a special military operation and do military service”,- the press service of the court writes.

The serviceman was detained in January 2023 and found guilty under part 3 of Art. 338 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (desertion committed in the context of an armed conflict or the conduct of hostilities).
