Russia puts two suspects wanted in Crimea bridge blast

Georgian nationals Alexander Inasaridze and Ukrainian citizen Sergei Andreychenko are wanted and suspected of involvement in the Crimean Bridge explosion. According to the Russian news agency TASS, the men are accused of ‘committing a terrorist act’ and ‘illegal acquisition of explosives’.

In addition, Alexander Inasaridze is also accused of ‘smuggling of explosives’.

Recall, on 8 October 2022 on the Crimean bridge there was an explosion, which led to the partial destruction of the roadbed. Two car spans of the bridge were damaged. According to the rf National Anti-Terrorist Committee, the truck explosion caused seven fuel tanks of the railway train to catch fire. The explosion was so powerful that the road part of the bridge completely stopped working.
