Russia may announce partial mobilisation as early as the end of 2024. This is reported by the Financial Times.
According to a source close to the leadership of the Armed Forces of Russia, in order to maintain the advantage, will have to find a new way to fill the army – there are not enough volunteers, even despite the handouts. Because of that at the end of this year or in early 2025 “a new partial mobilisation will be inevitable”.
