The Basmanny district court of Moscow convicted Ukrainian TV presenter Maria Yefrosynina in absentia for allegedly faking stories about the Russian army. The press service of the court reported this to the Russian media outlet Mediazone.
A native of Kerch was sentenced to 7 years in prison. The TV presenter was also banned from administering pages on the Internet for three years.
