April 14, 2023

The Russian authorities of Alushta accuse Albert Kruhlov of participation in the activities of a terrorist organization and preparation for treason. This was reported by the Russian state agency TASS with reference to the Southern District Military Court.

“A court hearing has been scheduled for April 18. Kruhlov is charged under Part 1 of Art. 30, Art. 275 (Preparation for treason) and part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Participation in the activities of a terrorist organization)”,- the report says.

The Russian state agency TASS claims that in July 2018, home-made devices made by him with impressive elements disguised as a thermos and a bottle were found in Kruhlov’s apartment. Therefore, in June 2019, the Alushta City Court found Albert Kruhlov guilty of illegal manufacture, storage and carrying of improvised explosive devices, as well as public calls for extremist activities.

There are no comments on this score from the accused or his defense.

“Also being a supporter of pagan ideology, he published a message from his page on social networks containing calls for violent actions against a group of people on the basis of religious affiliation. During the investigation, he fully admitted his guilt”,- TASS said in a statement.

Currently, Kruhlov Albert is included in the Russian list of terrorists and extremists.
