Yesterday, April 4, the Southern District Military Court rejected Taras Omelchenko’s request for another psychological and linguistic examination. It is reported by the Crimean solidarity.
At the meeting, the court granted the defense’s desire to interrogate FSB investigator Yuri Andreev and activist Ansar Osmanov. The latter is a political prisoner in the case of the third Sevastopol group of Hizb ut-Tahrir.
We remind you that on August 17, 2021, Russian security forces came with searches to the houses of five Crimean Tatars: Dzhebbar Bekirov, Zavur Abdullaiev, Rustem Tairov, Raif Fevziiev and Rustem Murasov. All activists were detained.
