Political prisoner Remzi Bekirov was transferred to Prison 2 in Yeniseisk, Krasnoyarsk Territory. It is reported by the Crimean Solidarity.
On June 30, Bekirov’s lawyer, Edem Semedliaiev, was informed that the political prisoner had been transferred to the same prison where Abkhairov is being held and that he was placed in a quarantine cell immediately upon arrival.
“For a long time, while Remzi was being transferred from the Novocherkassk pre-trial detention center to the prison in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, we did not know where he was for the entire period”,- he added.
We remind you that on March 27, 2019, Russian security forces in the occupied Crimea conducted mass searches in 26 houses of Crimean Tatars. According to the results, 20 people were detained, who are suspected of involvement in the Hizb ut-Tahrir organization banned in the Russian Federation.
Subsequently, political prisoners have repeatedly extended their arrests, and some have already been sentenced.
