The dates for the elections have been determined in the Kherson region. This was announced by the chairman of the region’s election commission, Marina Zakharova, at a joint press conference with the co-chairman of the Coordination Council of the RF OP for the development of new regions, Aleksandr Malkevich.
It is known that the first seven municipalities will vote from February 27 to 29, the second seven – from March 1 to 3. Starting February 17, members of the TOT of the Kherson region will conduct door-to-door visits to voters, allegedly informing them about the voting procedure.
Occupation media note fake stuffing from the Ukrainian side as a problem, and in order to prevent the spread of misinformation, the residents of VOT will be given so-called anti-fake booklets.
“The manual will allow us to direct our voters on the right path, to at least look at the source that transmits the information. And already at the initial stage we can determine that this is not true”,- noted Marina Zakharova.
We remind you that earlier, in the occupied territories of Ukraine, russians were going to hold illegal presidential elections in March 2024. In particular, we are talking about Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. It is known that the Central Election Commission allowed voting not only with a Russian passport, but also with Ukrainian identification documents (passport, ID card of a citizen of Ukraine).
