The defendants in the case of the second Dzhankoi group were charged and now they are planning to transfer them from Crimea to Rostov-on-Don. This was announced by lawyer Aleksei Ladin.
The charge concerns Osman Abdurazakov, Leman Zekeriaiev, Khalil Mambetov, Refat Seidametov, Ekrem Krosh and Aider Asanov.
He was put forward by FSB investigator Dmitry Gramashov and the parties signed a protocol on the end of investigative actions. The defense will start reviewing the case materials this week. After that, the case will be transferred to the Southern District Military Court, and the Crimean Tatars will be transported.
