His daughter Emine Islyamova said that Remzi Kurtnezirov was taken by the occupants for psychiatric examination as part of the pre-trial investigation. He spent a month in hospital.
It is known that the man was diagnosed with hyperintense disease of the third degree, there are consequences of cerebrovascular disease (pathology related to the brain). He has also suffered three strokes, skull trepanation and has diabetes and the right side of his body is completely non-functional.
Now Remzi Kurtnezirov is already at home under house arrest.
We would like to remind that on 5 March 2024 in Crimea there was a wave of mass searches in the homes of Crimean Tatars. All detainees were accused of violating Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and placed ina pre-trial detention centre, while Remzi Kurtnezirov was sent under house arrest due to his health condition.
