Crimean Tatar Nariman Ablyazov, who was detained by the occupiers on 4 September 2023 in Genichesk, Kherson region, has been sentenced.
According to the Crimean Tatar Resource Centre, the man was sentenced to 3.6 years for participation in the battalion named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan with serving one year in prison and with restriction of freedom for a year.
We would like to remind that on 4 September 2023 detained Crimean Tatar Nariman Ablyazov for allegedly active participation in the Crimean Tatar volunteer battalion named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan.
Nariman Ablyazov is 50 years old and has three children. In fact, he was an entrepreneur, engaged in the hotel business and had nothing to do with the battalion named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan.
At the beginning of the occupation of Genichesk, the occupants detained Nariman Ablyazov’s wife and held her for some time in the basement of School 17. Later the woman was released, but the occupants did not leave the family alone.
