The condition of political prisoner, civic journalist Amet Suleymanov has significantly deteriorated in a Russian colony. This is reported by Crimean Solidarity.
The journalist’s wife Lilya Lumanova noted that he urgently needs an operation to replace a heart valve.
‘If the operation is not done now, the load will go to the second heart valve and it will be necessary to change not one, but two’, – stressed Lilya Lumanova.
We would like to remind that civic journalist Amet Suleymanov was taken into custody on 6 April. Before that, he was under house arrest. On 26 April, the necessary medications were taken away from him, despite the fact that doctors had scheduled him for a heart valve replacement operation and prescribed all the necessary drugs. On 29 August it became known that Suleymanov was escorted to the territory of the Russian Federation.
