The activities of the Crimean Platform were officially launched at the founding Summit in Kyiv on August 23, 2021 and have already lasted for more than two years. During this time, only positive dynamics have been observed in terms of the increase in participants. So, if last year more than 50 delegations took part in the First Parliamentary Summit of the Crimean Platform in Croatia, then this year it is almost 70.
In addition, at the first summit of the Crimean Platform in August 2021, there were rather restrained statements when support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine was noted. Then there was talk about the de-occupation of Crimea exclusively through diplomatic means and mainly about the humanitarian dimension.
Of course, since the beginning of a full-scale invasion, this rhetoric has been changing and no one doubts that the liberation of Crimea will take place by military means, facilitated by the successes of our Ukrainian Armed Forces.
