On Friday, October 13, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe recognized the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin as a dictator and the Russian regime as a dictatorship.
All 43 deputies voted for the corresponding resolution.
In addition, the assembly called on all countries to comply with the arrest warrant issued by the ICC for Putin and arrest him.
