Osman Abdurazakov left in custody

April 11, 2023

On April 7, the Supreme Court of Crimea decided to extend the arrest of Osman Abdurazakov. It is reported by the Crimean solidarity.

Emine Avamileva, Abdurazakov’s lawyer, during the meeting noted that Osman could not leave the territory of Crimea, since all documents were confiscated from him during the search. In addition, under his supervision is a young child and another was born.

Despite this, the Supreme Court upheld the decision of the Kyiv District Court in Simferopol: it is known that the political prisoner will be kept in isolation until June 23, 2023.

“Everything is very expected and predictable. During this month, most likely, towards the end of the month, she will be sent for an inpatient psychiatric examination”,- commented Emine Avamileva.

The political prisoner himself does not admit his involvement in terrorist activities.

Recall that on January 24, 2023, the occupiers arrested Ekrem Krosh, Aider Asanov, Refat Seidametov, Osman Abdurazakov, Leman Zekiriaiev, Khalil Mambetov.
