FSB officers confiscated her passport from 25-year-old Crimean Tatar woman Leniie Umerova, who is being held in North Osetia for a so-called administrative violation. It is reported by the Crimean Solidarity.
The father of the Crimean Tatar, Rezvan Umerov, applied to the supervisory authority because of the seizure of documents proving the identity of his daughter and received a written response from the prosecutor of the city of Vladikavkaz, Vadim Pliev. Leniie Umerova is being held in the temporary detention center of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for Vladikavkaz.
On December 4, 2022, Leniie Umerova’s hand was detained at the border when she tried to get to Crimea to her sick father.
