The ‘authorities’ of the occupied Crimea have put up for auction the real estate where military units of the Sevastopol naval detachment of the Ukrainian Border Guard Service were stationed before the occupation of the Crimean peninsula. At the auction was put up non-residential premises with an area of more than 537 square metres. This was reported by the ‘Center of journalistic investigations’.
As noted, on the Russian trading platforms recently appeared an announcement about the sale of buildings in Balaklava. A non-residential plot on Novikova Street, 1, where the headquarters of military units were located, was put up at the auction.The starting price – 18.6 million rubles.
Another building on Tavricheskaya waterfront 25, was put up for auction. It is a 3-storey non-residential building built in 1917, with an area of 394.6 square metres. It was sold for 3.5 million rubles. At the same address there is another building with an area of 36.4 square metres. The starting price is just over 820,000 rubles.
All this property is sold without any dependent objects. A total of several such lots are planned for the auction on 30 September.
