The occupation Supreme “court” in Crimea has sentenced in absentia a resident of Yalta to 21 years in a strict regime penal colony for alleged “high treason”. This was reported by the occupation “prosecutor’s office” of Crimea.
It is noted that the man since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion joined a separate mechanised brigade of the Armed forces of Ukraine.
“Since the specified period, he is involved in hostilities against the Armed forces of the Russian Federation. From the bodies of the preliminary investigation the man escaped, in connection with what is declared in the international search”, – stated in the message.
In addition, the “court” decided to limit the freedom of the Yalta man for 1 year and six months.
